PROBLEM: A The U.S. subsidiary of a leading global software company faced the growing challenges of leaders managing generational differences and their impact on recruiting, retention, and policy making.
SOLUTION: We bridged gaps in cross-generational communication, collaboration, and innovation through a multi-generational leadership program that included a focus group of representatives from each generation, a foundational training workshop, and educational panel discussions.
RESULTS: Eighty-four percent of participants started the program with a basic knowledge of multigenerational leadership. After the program, 77% reported that they were likely to change how they lead their teams.
PROBLEM: After a successful decade in operation, revenue stagnated due to capacity constraints, and the CEO of a marketing agency faced a critical decision regarding the company’s future business sustainability and the team’s ability to adapt.
SOLUTION: Implementing our Executive Coaching program, Balanced Ambition™, we coached the CEO and leadership team using customized assignments, proprietary templates, and a structured plan to hone leadership, business development, and sales skills.
RESULTS: The outcomes were remarkable, with the leadership team experiencing a staggering 1,055% validated return on investment (ROI). This ROI was reflected not only in financial metrics but also in the team’s renewed confidence, enhanced capabilities, and newfound sustained growth.
PROBLEM: Due to the non-profit organization’s absence of strategic goals, there was no formalized performance review process for evaluating their Executive Director. As a result, the undefined performance assessment process became entangled in conflicting expectations.
SOLUTION: We utilized the Leadership Circle Profile 360-assessment tool, alongside a baseline survey to compare the Executive Committee’s expectations feedback from selected Board and Staff members. This process was followed by executive coaching sessions and facilitated discussions to bridge the gaps in leadership styles and align expectations.
RESULTS: Staff members rated the Executive Director highly, demonstrating the impact of our previous transformational leadership development engagements. Coaching support successfully bridged an 8-month communication gap between the Executive Director and Board President and established Staff S.M.A.R.T. goals for the upcoming fiscal year.
PROBLEM: A billion-dollar energy company was challenged with supporting its women leaders in navigating opportunities within their male-dominated company culture.
SOLUTION: We delivered an interactive experience that ignited the natural yet dormant leadership skill within all attendees; their intuition. They discovered that this one soft skill is vital when faced with adversity.
RESULTS: With an 81.6% satisfaction rate, women leaders reported gaining confidence in their intuitive leadership despite working in a male-dominated industry.
